It seems that in Vietnam, there is more business conducted at the local bia hoi than behind closed office doors! Is this because people are less likely to eavesdrop or just because Vietnamese people like to have fun, even when it's business? Not that I'm complaining - just curious!

I think not only Vietnam but also many country in Asia do like this . Maybe , It seems easier to conduct when you and your colleague ( or your partner ) are far away from the pressure office . Being fun is the best way makes everything be simple and easier in negotiating .
