I lOVE PHO!

Do you like Pho Vietnam? I like it so much because it can be suitable for every weather, hot or cold, I still like it. Now it is quite cold in Vietnam. People usually have Pho for the breakfast, but lunch or dinner is still ok. There have many kinds of Pho dishes. If you wanna try something new, you have roll Pho (people here call Pho cuon - my translator tell me the English name), stir-fried Pho, fried Pho, etc. If you just wanna try something traditional, a bowl of hot Pho is the best. You can have Pho with Quay. This restaurant always crowded. When I came here, I had to stand in the queue and wait for my turn. My translator said that it is the culture of the old Hanoi. But when I enjoyed Pho, it is so great, the beef is so soft, and the soup is so fresh. About the service, the restaurant is very small. There have only 6 or 7 tables. Because of the crowded, the restaurant is so noisy. There have no waiters. You have to serve by yourself.
