Description: The studio offers ongoing Kundalini yoga classes that appeal to all levels of practitioners, right in the heart of Saigon. Kundalini Yoga, based on the teachings of Yogui Bhajan, is the most ancient and powerful yoga. It is considered a science of awareness. To cultivate awareness we use breathing techniques, exercises and meditation. There is a great variety of techniques and each class is likely to be different.
